2. Description of Service

JobSparrow provides AI-powered career assistance services, including:

• CV/Resume tailoring for specific job applications
• Cover letter generation
• Gap analysis between your qualifications and job requirements
• AI-powered mock interview practice
• Interview feedback and coaching

3. User Account

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

JobSparrow offers a 30-day free trial, paid subscriptions, and an optional success-based payment.

• 30-Day Trial: Upon signing up, you will be enrolled in a 30-day free trial ("Trial") with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the Trial.
• Optional Success Fee: If you receive a job offer during your 30-day Trial, you have the option to make a voluntary, one-time "Success Fee" payment. This payment is not required and does not affect your access during the Trial.
• Subscriptions: After the 30-day Trial ends, you must purchase a subscription ("Job Hunter Plan") to continue using the Service's AI-powered features. Without a subscription, your account will be converted to a "Free" view-only mode.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. As we provide a 30-day free trial for evaluation, we do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been made.

5. User Content and Data

By uploading content to JobSparrow, you:

• Retain ownership of your CV, work history, and personal information
• Grant us a license to process and use your data to provide our services
• Confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful
• Are responsible for the content you upload

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Abuse or harass other users or our support team
• Circumvent payment obligations

7. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by you
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated content

• Results may vary based on individual circumstances

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service access
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability

• We are not liable for service interruptions

All intellectual property rights in the JobSparrow platform, including our algorithms, designs, and trademarks, belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our service without explicit permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• You will receive job interviews or offers
• Our service will meet all your requirements
• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated content will be perfect or suit all employers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSparrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay when required
• Abuse our platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
